Team series

The Masters League is proud to announce for 2024 a MIXED PAIRS Team Series competition. This is designed to allow teams of 2 from all over Australia and also International athletes to compete against each other in multiple divisions.  Teams of 2 consist of one male and one female

HOW IT WORKS

The Team Series competition now starts on the 19th of January 2024 as an Online competition.

Team Eligibility: All team athletes will be required to individually perform the Open tests and then submit their scores as a pair.

NOTE: You are not required to complete this at the same time or at the same training facility. This can be completed separately.

Teams will consist of mixed pairs, M/F.

The Captain of the team will be responsible for submitting both scores before the deadline.

Up to 10-12 Teams (Depending on numbers) from each Division and age Category from the Masters League Open will qualify for this competition. An Online 4-day invitational will be held in May from the 10-14th 2023

The Top 8-10 teams from each Division and age group from the Online 4-day Invitational will qualify and compete at the Masters League Games in NSW Australia, date TBA.

ACCEPTABLE WITHIN A TEAM: If you are competing in Soldier, Warrior, or Hero division and your partner is aged between 45-54 and you are aged between 35-44, you must register in the 35-44 age group.

AGE ELIGIBILITY: If you are 34 turning 35 before October 31st 2024 you are eligible for the 35-44 Age Category. This concept is also for those deciding what age category to choose. Eg. If you are 44 and turning 45 before October 31st 2024, the Age Category you would select will be 45-54.

Warrior athletes cannot compete in Soldier same as Hero in Warrior.
Athletes within a team do not need to be from the same state but note during the online Invitational in May 2024 you will both be expected to compete together.

Individual Athletes who make it through to the 2024 ML Games can also compete in the mixed pairs Team Series at the ML Games.
